These terms cover your use of Glycogen. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy policy.
Health disclaimer
- Calorie, macro and nutrient targets are estimates based on standard equations and the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations 2023. Your real needs may differ.
- Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, have diabetes, heart, kidney or liver disease, take medication that affects appetite, blood sugar or weight, or have any other medical condition.
- If you have, or have had, an eating disorder, please speak with a health professional before tracking food or weight. If tracking starts to feel stressful or obsessive, stop and reach out for support.
- Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint or unusually tired while following a plan.
Accuracy
Nutrition values come from AI estimates, product databases and what you enter. They can be wrong, especially for restaurant meals, home cooking and vitamins and minerals. Check important numbers against packaging, and don’t rely on Glycogen where precise figures matter medically, such as insulin dosing or allergies.
Who can use Glycogen
You must be at least 16. Sign-up needs an invite code. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
Fair use
Use Glycogen for your own nutrition and fitness tracking. Don’t try to break, overload or misuse it, access other people’s data, or resell the service. Each account has a daily limit on AI requests.
Your content
What you log and upload stays yours. You let Glycogen store and process it only to run the app for you. You can export or delete it at any time.
Availability
Glycogen is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Features may change. To the extent the law allows, Glycogen is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Body → Account. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed.
